The ‘Executive Editor’ first appraises all manuscripts. Manuscripts rejected at this stage are inadequately unique, have severe scientific flaws, have meager grammar or English language, or are outside the aims and scopes of the journal. Those that meet the least criteria are generally approved on to at least two doyens for review. Please note, JSLD practices Grammarly and Turnitin for papers’ enrichment.

JSLD does not accept any manuscript having more than 25% plagiarism. The author must ensure the originality of all the sections of the submitted manuscript.
